Meet Fernando Terminel, a man of vision, passion, creativity, a man with a dream.
Terminel knows what the public wants. For 35 years, he has worked as a dealer in the casino industry where he daily interacts with hundreds of people. All his game idea’s evolved from his keen observations as well as asking himself, “What makes a fun game?” Terminel has also proved that he is a savvy businessman while owning and operating three hair salons and a paint contracting company. He successfully promoted and marketed these businesses as well as several other marketing companies. Even as a teen, Terminel sought out jobs which allowed him to learn the lessons an entrepreneur needs to know. He took entry level positions and climbed the ladder to learn the inner workings of an operation and to observe what motivates the customer. While traveling around the world, Terminel found knowledge you could never learn in school. For instance on the road, Terminel learned that patience, observation and willingness to adapt—along with the ability to laugh at yourself—are skills which will take you anywhere. "

Being the president of Fair Trade Gaming Corp. and in the industry since 1975, Fernando has associated with the key people in Gaming.
Fernando met his wife Katie back in January of 1975, a widow with three children. He has been blessed with the opportunity of helping to raise them. They were later blessed with a son and daughter. Fernando Angelo Terminel is currently a Graphic Designer and web Developer for Hot Topics. Their daughter, Darlene is a sargent in the United States Army and is stationed over seas.
Fernando has traveled the world over, and it will always remain one of his greatest passions. His interaction with other cultures has helped influence and develope his perspectives, insight, patience, and perserverance.
Fernando taught classes on Craps for Harvey's Casino for 10 years. He was asked to be the Master of Ceramonies for the BlackJack Tournaments for Harrah's Entertainment for 5 years and Master of Ceramonies at the Harrah's Showroom for the Annual employee Talent Show

Fernando being a devout man of faith, and believer in his Lord Jesus Christ, is actively involved at Calvary Chapel South Lake Tahoe. He does voluntary work for Salvation Army.
A resident of South Lake Tahoe since 1975, Fernando has always believed that Lake Tahoe is one of the most beautiful places in the world. Having grown up in Los Angeles, Fernando loves being able to go from sking to back packing to the beach all in the same day.
